Who is the Bishop?
Jose R. Hernandez, Christian Education: Masters
in Theology.
Bishop Hernandez and his wife were born in Cuba,
and are citizens of the United States of
America.
Bishop Hernandez and his wife surrendered to
Jesus Christ in 1994, joined a Christian church
and were baptized. In 1999 they founded El Nuevo
Pacto Corporation and began working for the
Lord. The El Nuevo Pacto (New Covenant)
Corporation is legally incorporated in the State
of Florida, and is recognized by the Federal
Government of the United States of America as a
nonprofit religious institution. Besides being
the founder and spiritual leader of this
ministry, the Bishop was also a police officer
for twenty-six and a half years; having ascended
to the rank of Captain he retired in 2008.
What this
Ministry's vision?
We
have been:
MANDATED: "Go ye therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching
them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of
the world. Amen." Matthew
28:19-20
GIVEN THE PROMISE: "Every place that the sole of
your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you,

EMPOWERED: "But ye shall receive power, after
that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be

and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

THE PROPHETIC MESSAGE: "After this I beheld,

with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10And cried

Our vision is to preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus
Christ, thus allowing His love and splendor to be known
by all communities, city or region, all races, cultures,
or social class in all the countries of the world.
We
have made a decisive commitment to work jointly with
organizations or churches inside the United States of
America, and abroad, united with the main objective
based on Matthew 28:19.
Always marching ahead teaching the word of God through
our ministry. Teaching new members and ministers and
promoting the gospel our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our mission is to unite congregations that will
teach the sound doctrine everywhere in the world. To his
end, the
board of elders of El Nuevo Corporation, has made a
decisive compromise to offer spiritual coverage to
churches and/or congregations where the sound doctrine
is taught and preached.

all congregations or churches that apply for spiritual
coverage will be accepted. El Nuevo Pacto
Corporation does not offer financial aide, and reserves the right to
reject or deny any application for coverage without prejudice. Additionally, El Nuevo Pacto
Corporation
reserves the right to withdraw and/or suspend spiritual
coverage from those that stop meeting the requirements
established by the board of elders.

How can I get help from this Ministry?
Unfortunately, we don't have the financial
resources to help you in your ministry. We don't
have pamphlets, brochures or anything else that
we can send you to help evangelize. The only
thing that we can offer is the material found on
our portal.
How can I obtain permission to reproduce the

Why
doesn't anyone answer my emails?
We receive numerous e-mails on a daily basis,
although we try to answer them all, this task is
at times impossible. Additionally, we also have
a policy of not answering certain types of
messages. Below is a list of emails that we will
not respond to.

Prayer request. Know that once we
receive your prayer request, we pray for you
on Sunday immediately at the conclusion of
the service; therefore, no answer is
necessary.

Request for financial assistance.
Unfortunately we do NOT have the financial
resources to help people and/or ministries.

Theological or doctrinal debate.
Theology is the science that deals with God
and His attributes and perfections; the
science is not perfect because no one can
completely understand God's mind (Isaiah
55:9); therefore, just because you
may not agree with something that we have
adopted and/or taught, it doesn't mean that
it is necessarily wrong.

Debate about Tithing. Under the New
Covenant there is no mandate to tithe, in
other words we are not given an exact figure
or a percentage that we must give to the
church. We firmly believe that the reason
why we can't find this is because God
expects Christians to not just give a
percentage of their earnings to the church,
but rather to completely surrender to God.

Request for a Bible study or sermon on a
specific topic. We receive this type of
message quite often. There are many
that when their pastor or minister asks them
to present, teach, or preach about a subject
they seek others to do their job. Don't be
lazy, and don't miss the blessing that
exists in investigating and preparing an an
outline or study.
I responded to the email you sent me, but I've
yet to receive a reply back.
The use of direct mail does not exist in our
portal. We answer e-mails through an unattended
mailbox. All correspondence received in this
mailbox is automatically deleted without being
read. This means that what you sent us was not
received by anyone. To contact us please visit

Unfortunately we don't have any other church in
the United States. There is only one
church that is affiliated to our ministry, and
